you'll need to go into your picture program photoshop or what ever you use an change the size shouldn't be no bigger then 500 to 700 on top part the bottom part should auto adjust when you change the top part... then after you do that hit save it probly will say you already have a photo file for that pic do you want to override or whatever wording your program uses an you click yes
