in a mining town... could be anything from a lunch box tag, to the tag used to let people know you are still underground...
personal lockers also had tags similar to that one...
Figured it out partially. It's from the Taylor Colquitt Company. The plant is from my area. It opened in 1914 and its name changed in 1969. So it's from 1914-1969. They made creosote and railroad ties. Now with that info can anybody tell me more?
