ID Help

I found this in SE Nebraska and I would like to know if anyone could help me ID it. It appears to have a base and is worked on both sides. My initial thought was an adze for woodworking, but I can’t say that I’ve ever seen one with a base like it’s. TIA🤘

I would say a preform or maybe they ran into trouble with something on it and started a new one. Nice find pretty material.

Looks like a hafted scraper or a adze.

I'd say it's one that they gave up on.
