ID NEEDED PLEASE

For the Past 3 years I have tried to ID this spoons maker and date, I think its out of Dublin and hass 6 Hallmarks wich is very rare for a spoon to have. ANY IDEAS ?? The 1 st hallmark is (WP) for the maker.
