✅ SOLVED ID on a dug Buckle

A friend of mine dug this Buckle this past Sunday...It measures 1 3/4 inches in length and 1 1/4th inch wide..Lying flat it has a 3/8ths inch arch or bend...It's almost all brass with maybe an iron pin..

Can anyone ID it and possibly provide an approximate year...?

Looks like a late 18th early 19th century shoe buckle.
