ID Please

went digging for a while today and found a couple items that I can't ID.
The first pic, this looks like maybe brass. it has the green tarnish.

the other item in the pic below I'm thinking that it may be a carved bullet but I'm not sure.

that's what I was thinking. I have seen sheath knives with something similar to that around the hand guard.

had some help from a guy on FB. Did a google search and figured out that it is a scabbard tip!!

Nice find! Especially in hammered and hunted out Winchester!

These tips were commonly lost by soldiers because the scabbard end would stab into the ground everytime they sat down.
