ID That token?

Found while metal detecting on the NE coast of Florida. About the size of a nickel as it went into the tumbler with all of my nickels to be cleaned. Didn't know it was a token until some of the junk came off of it. Can anyone ID it?

It's a award token. They were given out to prisoners or mental health patients for good behavior or good skills. Economic token.
