please help me know about this Hallmark

Unidentified. Not mentioned in newer reference books. I have this mark on-list since 2015.
- Sometimes found with one of various crowns, each bearing similarity with renown German marks.
- Sometimes found with words like "Kunstabteilung" (art department) or "handgemalt" (hand painted).
I see the word "Dresden" on the base and porcelain lace to the left, definitely trying to profit from the "Dresden lace" hype nonsense.
The items I have seen so far are all of lesser quality, more souvenirware than serious porcelain art.
