I bought these two tokens at an estate sale was wondering was curious to know a rarity and guide value.

Can't tell you anything about the NV token - the NV book doesn't show it, but I think the token may be more modern than what the book covers. The Idaho one is pretty scarce, albeit fairly modern as well. There are also 10¢ ones known from the business. If you are interested in parting with the ID one, I need it for my collection - pm me.
