Whites Spectrum XLT with about 1/4" of dust on it and can't even remember how t turn it on?!?!?

Out of 10 days visiting the kids, I managed 4 days of exploring in the Boise Ntl. Forest. Beautiful country down there but so many campers on the rivers that it was hard to find a spot to pan a little. Came home with good memories and a few small specks of yellow.

lot's of quartz and other cool rocks in the classifier.

Drove up to a mining ghost town named Rocky Bar. Only a few old buildings still standing.

The Saloon with 3 bars still in there. Must have been a busy place!

Had a great time and can't wait till next year. Maybe try to plan for spring when it's cooler and less people to get in the way.....and a lot more exploring!!!!!!

Oh, I forgot to add....
Hey Jon, I remembered how to work the xlt...it only took 20 mins. to turn it on and 30 to set it up ??? and all I found was rifle casings, pulltabs and 2 pennies ...all modern :BangHead:
