✅ SOLVED Ided as "Horse Brass" prior elsewhere but am still having doubts

"Drop Handle" Ided as "Horse Brass" prior elsewhere

This was IDed by some very nice and well meaning folks as part of a "fly terret" aka "horse brass" the hanging part. Still I am having my doubts and am thinking it is something else. What do you think?

Guess I will mark this one as solved! Seems very like a watch fob to me tho, guess I am just hung up on them! Will have to keep looking into information on this item I really like it.

I think it looks like Cru,has ya on the right track and a strong support team behind him!
