I’m pretty sure it’s not very old or valuable but I’m having trouble finding any other images online. I was fishing today in some fresh water bayous and lakes in South Louisiana and the water is crazy low and I saw this sticking out the water near a bank. At first I thought it could have been a large piece of Indian pottery bc I was in a area with several locations where shards can be found. But as I got closer this is what I found. Everything I see online has some type of opening or a lid. This appears the only way to get inside is the whole that was busted on the top and bottom and also has like a small hole drilled on the side at the bottom. Anyways prolly some type of decorations or something. Here are some pics ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1516333694.802093.webpImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1516333723.536151.webpImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1516333776.817856.webpImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1516333815.078886.webpImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1516333856.373133.webp

That is interesting hopefully someone can identify it, what does it seem to be made of, also how heavy is it?

It looks like a lamp body to me. Hole in the side is for the cord.
