Identify this belt buckle?

Hi -
This is a belt buckle I recently inherited, and I haven't been able to identify its logo.
I'd guess the "H" is for a company/manufacturer,
the triangle with circle looks like a gun sight, and the leaf thing in the upper right corner? Seems incongruous if the circle is a gun sight!

Any clues to what this is? OR, where I could look? I've searched gun and related manufacturers and haven't found anything.

Any help is appreciated.

i was thinking Royal Arch, but that looks like a football in the upper right, so im leaning more towards college fraternity.
