is there anyone here? I originally thought this was 2 c's but it looks more like a c over an o or vise versa, im guessing it is a private mint mark,,,come on is there no one here that recognizes it?

I don't Think Mint Mark, I say Artists Initials

I don't think its a mint mark either. I have an Abe Lincoln of the same set with the same" OC." It is artist or engravers initials. If you look very close with a magnifier you will see a VDB under shoulder of a Lincoln cent. Every American coin has some initials of the designer.
