Good deal. Im a newbie, I was doubting myself, thought maybe Tesoro might have called them something else in the beginning.....

I appreciate your help, but can you be more explicit ? In other words, are you saying that "In the beginning the Epsilon 5-Pin Coil was Tesoro's only coil" ?

That would "nail it down" for me ! ;)

Yes, for the first several years Tesoro's only coil was 5 pin.

The Tejon, Cibola, Vaquero, and Lobo all came later and use the 4 pin coil. These were called the H.O.T coils or the High Output Technology coils.
