I'm in, screw the haters. Fantastic post, but I bet the winter sucks. No problem, we can use the company plane to jet back here to San Antonio's riverwalk; drink, watch the fat chicks that Charles Barkley so eloquently pissed off(San Antonio is the mother lode for weight watchers) and wait for warmer weather again to continue our search on our island. We can pick up chicks(babes) by asking them if they want to fly to our private island and hang out. We just can't tell them where it is. This could be fun AND profitable. I kinda actually hope he is the caretaker, but it didn't really sound that way. If he is the outright owner, I am not sure if there's anything stopping him from selling it to the McMansion Building Company and turning the whole island into Yuppie Condo Paradise.......erg, shivering just thinking about it, but he seems like a decent history-loving guy, so hopefully it won't come down to that.
