Thought I was going to get skunked today, but got about 10 yards
from my pick up and got this weak IH signal. And out pops this
1876. My oldest coin found, and probobly won't find any that are
any older in my area.

I wouldn't be so sure about not finding anything older in your area. Dirt is old!

I'm always amazed when people say there's nothing in that new housing developement because it's only been there for five years. I always tell them, yea, but the dirt is old.

Great IH find! Most of the IH's I find are 1890's or 1900's. Its nice when you get a better date. 8)
