Ike & Tina Turner - Proud Mary

[jeff of pa]

I always liked the Beginning of this song, But when it Speeds up I loose Interest.

[Mackaydon]

Ike as his best; what a bass voice.
Too bad about the direction he aimed his life.
Always good to hear this classic--and watch Tina dance.
Don.......

I saw the Ike and Tina Review in a bar one night, great show..

When it speeds up is when I get interested.. LOL

[Lucky Eddie]

I can tin a tuna!

Nutbush brings back good memories for me... I was ~ 17 when it came out from memory...

Just got my drivers license & drove a lap almost 50% the way around the country with my 21 year old sister... every time I hear that song I think back to that trip some 40 years ago!

We had us some adventures... & the music always brings back fond memories!.
