OK-

This is weird-
A teller told me today that a lady got paid by someone at a garage sale with Ikes - 137 to be exact and they were in her vault. My wife called me at work and told me she got 2 at the bank as well.
I bought the Ikes and was rewarded with a 71S - I guess that's worth the purchase!
Now I own 187 plain and 2 -40%'rs.
I also did alright on a couple other stops.

Found:
1 - 60 Franklin in a tellers tray
1 - 64
1- 65
5 - 67
8 - 68
2 - 69
1 - gold toned 05 in bad shape.

1 of the Ikes may be a light hit - look at the picture and let me know what you think. The edges are relatively sharp.

Re: Ikepot

Great hull Tim. I also like to buy Ike's, they are definitely the best clad dollar. I've yet to find a silver Ike but I'm still looking.

Nice job on the Ikes Tim. That is a load in one shot. Getting that 71-S was well worth it in my opinion....sweet!

As far as the question of the light hit on the 76, we need Immy on that one. He seems to be very knowledgable on this issue....where are you Immy....Need your expertise here.

That Franklin in the teller tray is amazing to me. Odd that the teller didn't snatch it for herself. Good job on the silver halves.

Bummer on that proof....I have one in real bad shape too.

That 76 may be a slight die adjustment strike (a weak strike produced when the pressure of the dies is adjusted) but ideally more of the design should be missing. Still a neat find!

You'll get my bill LJ! ;D
