Ok I'll remember those.

I had the police call on me for this one several years ago.

Long story but I'll make it short. The cop and I had a good laugh.

IN DES PLAINES ILLINOIS ....It is illegal to chain a wheel barrel to a tree and put a for sale sign on it.....

I then asked the cop after a long good laugh....If I take the chain off would it be legal then....He said yes it would... I sold the wheel barrel about a half hour later.....
