I'm a Newbie in this Hobby!

Hi you guys know I have a couple bottles and I have videos on them over spring summer and fall I dig bottle dumps I know of in my other property. Still I do not know a lot about bottles. I am in western New York so any information on bottles in my area would be great! What I am asking for is a brief bottle collecting summary for my area. What are rare bottles I could possibly find in my area. What should I look for? Any information would be great!

Colored sodas and whiskeys, anything with a pontil scar, this site will give you a good idea on bottle terms used in the hobby, it's basically the Bible for all bottle diggers new and old in my humble opinion... Historic Bottle Website - Homepage
