Im new to the metal detecting world. Could someone tell me what year this is? Or just some answers please?

I've found this in my front yard. I Know it's a duck when I first seen it I thought it was a monopoly piece. But it's not they just added the duck in 2017. But after searching I don't know what it could belong to. Maybe someone could give me some answers?

Lead cast toy maybe from a game or toy store. It is not an old piece as their is no patina on the duck. Probably made in china.

I thought I had seen all the Monopoly play pieces, but that sure looks like one I haven't seen......if it is from a Monopoly game.
