But I am really impressed with Nokta customer service. Swapped emails on Friday with Dilek about sending the new lower shaft.

Both the middle shaft and lower shaft arrived this am along with a complete set of covers. Thought to myself that it must have come from kellyco but nope shipped directly from Turkey. I would never have thought that would be possible in such a short time.

Nokta you are on the right track. Very well done and thank you.

I think Nokta is setting a new bar for customer service. May be one that others either follow or go under. Now the proof as we all know is in the machine. Can't wait to see some feedback on the new Racer and hopefully Nokta even though same company will get a Racer to badge as their own. Maybe tone down the color to be simplistic or even a flat black!
