Made it out this morning for a few hours at the school yard. First target a clad dime, second target was one of
those that looked like junk on the screen but sounded to good to pass up. Out pops a 1901 I.H. from 4-5" deep.
It was still very humid and the ground was perfect. I'm trying to grid this site as best as possible, lots of open
grass land. $2.33 clad, 48 & 55d wheaties, flat button, horse pin, kids ring, Penny's pendant (back says Royce,NY),
and what I think is a gold cufflink with an Eagle on the front, wasn't marked but it has the right color???
Gotta feeling this school site may have been a homesite years earlier. No ticks or mud and plenty of sun.

Thanks guys, that was my 20th I.H. for the year and #99 for the wheaties for the year. DFW

Nice finds ..looks like was a good hunt.. The eagle pin is a military "ruptured duck" pin awarded to service men discharged from the service..HH ..BD
