Indian Beads?

Went looking for arrowheads but found these tiny things in a creek - are they Native American beads?

Where did you find them. I believe they are plant fossils. Found similar ones in both North Georgia and Western Kentucky.
 

Crinoid fossils, I believe.

I was out with a friend yesterday here in Northern New Mexico looking for arrowheads and metal detecting for early trade goods to the Native Americans . My friend Dan who is an expert in Native Americana told me that crinoid stem segments (as you have pictured ) were used as beads !

i am sure they were, i would have if i found them...but context is everything.
