Indian pottery copy... can you read it?

I got this a few months ago and can't figure out what it is or says. Obviously it's a copy of some kind of indian pottery, but is it a miniature? What is it for... just to look at, or tourist stuff, or gallery art? I see "hand made copy"and a name and some kind of number. I can't make them out but I assume it's probably a known name given the quality of the piece and numbering system. Any ideas?

Wet the bottom. It may make the letters darker. Tony

I suspect the letters under "Hande Made Copy" is the first intial and last name of the artist.

I can't read it either...

Wow, I never would have guessed Greek. I see the Greek influence on the ones shown here though. I agree, this is a match. Thank you nhbenz! Thank you Bramblefind for the pic too. I see what I thought was a number is actually the word skyphos.
