Indian rock ?

I found this rock while fishing a canyon here in oregon. Looks like some kind of tool to me. The rock also seems really cool. Im editing this to add the rock does fit perfefectly in your hand, its 4 and 1/4 inches long and looks to have served a dual purpose.
