Original from bannermans surplus. still has hooks on back. Probably never made it out of box.
 

Not a joker. :wink: I'm just curious about it. Seems like a fair price compared to others insignia on other sites
 

I've seen other authentic USS pins with only the letters and no arrows going for over 400.00 and crossed arrow collar disks for over 400.00. 

Found one like the one you posted, single pin, sold for apparently 250.00.

I'm not too sure the actual value, only what I found on-line... not always to be trusted. In addition, a NIB pin that never was used is probebly worth less than a pin dug at a battle site or camp site.
 

Apparently it's worth $40 to me. ;D But man it sure is in nice shape. Will look good in the collection.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
