All Treasure Hunting
Two recent trips to the "HO" park once show a different setting, many signals most are trash in the form of deep iron, but among the trash lies the treasure. Four Indians 1880, 1886, 1890, & 1900. The wheaties are 1928, 1938, and 1952 D. Completed another nickel trifecta with a 1905 V nickel, a very nice 1928 Buffalo, and a 1941 Jefferson, a fraction of a Buffalo also joined the nickel squad. The relics are small metal lipstick tube, stainless watchband, half of rivet with a star, bullet with iron going through it?, a " Father " pin with 2 hearts, an old cufflink with a small blue stone. Last two pieces are collar studs bases, one is a regular base, but the other is silver with a nice floral motif, my bucket lister is actually a non metal one, its the clay pipe bowl, I had dug stem pieces, but never a bowl. Good Luck and Happy Hunting to all.

Congratualtions on the nice finds! :occasion14:

That pipe is modern. The clay pipe stems come from a pipe with a different bowl shape.

You got killer coins though, the IHCs are really nice, and I’m liking the cut buffalo.

Best of luck to you sir!

What a park hunt ! Man I envy you for a site like that .

Nice variety of finds you made! Congratulations!

Congrats on the nice assortment of finds

Great hunt there mate. I also have some bits and pieces of clay pipes but, not an intact bowl like you scored. Pretty darned cool find. Congrats!:icon_thumright:

Thank you Carolina Tom, no idea on the age of the pipe, i might have found pieces of those older ones. Yes dug many indians at this park, but im still waiting on my first seated coin. The chopped buffalo does have its character.

Best of luck to u and everyone else.

Thanx Argentium, there was an even better park with a lot of great stuff, dug lots of bucket listers there, but it was closed to the detecting community.
