Dreary day. Deer hunters in my timbers (with permission). So I kept out of the way. I made these ginger cookies. They are delicious. I had 2 with a hot cup of tea. They are a dense, crustier recipe. More like a tea “biscuit” than a moist cookie. I’m also carving more Little People. I like to include one with most present ribbons, ad an extra adornment. Have a great day my friends!
