That’s an early lanceolate. Paleo or early archaic. Onandaga type flint from NY maybe? Resharpened until it was “used up”. A very nice artifact!

Lots of use like TP says. Sharpened over and over from use or breakage and resharpen or reflaked. Lot of history in it...
