INSTANT DYAN SHINE

I found a small bottle the other day, but have no clue what it is. The front says, "Instant Dyan Shine." On the bottom of the bottle it reads, "2 fl.oz. u.s.pat.ng.d-187246." Also in the middle of the bottom, of the bottle, the is a hexagon with an "f" in the center of it. Above that there is a "9" and below "14". Thanks.
