Interesting dime edge

Usually I focus on halves but lately I try to buy four or five dime boxes a week. The silver just has a pull on me! Yesterday, I noticed unusual reeding on this otherwise normal dime. Thoughts?

Dryer Dime.

I believe a dryer dime would have a roundish edge. That dime looks as if it’s come from a corrosive environment, such as salt water. The copper core has been attacked.
