Seems that Florida has five major "Coin Banks" so to speak. Miami, Jacksonville, Fort myers, Tampa bay and Pensacola. Ninty Nine percent of the banks in the state of Florida use these "Coin Banks" to draw coinage from. The one percent that is not using them are the Credit Unions....

So whether you get your halves from BofA, Wachovia, Suntrust or any other bank in your town, they all pull from the same coin bank. If you are having crappy boxes maybe establish where the division is for another "Coin Bank" and try buying coins from that "Coin Bank". I got lucky, it is only a 15 - 20 minute drive for me to switch Area's and only took about 15 minutes of research and a phone call
to clarify.

She's somewhat right, but also misinformed. Right of the bat, she is missing Orlando. For the most part, she is correct. I recommend a Federal Reserve tour to everyone if they are interested in the distribution of coin and currency. They are free, but need to be scheduled in advance for background checks.

No, she was right, I forgot Orlando and she did say Orlando.
