HI T-Net. I found this interesting flat button yesterday. Smooth front, but the back is well marked. All help is appriciated. I was unable to find any specific information on it.

One of the many varied British 'quality marks' for the early 1800s. Eagle being the symbol for the strength of the Gilt, a bit like the anchor was.
