Found in Illinois-several points were found near by.
Looks like a small tool perhaps? Seems a bit too defined to be a flake-edges are quite defined.

Scrapers come in all shapes and sizes. They even used flakes for cutting sometimes.

Nice little multi purpose piece. It has a graver spur too from the looks of it!
