Interesting rock I saw online

Saw this online, looks interesting. Interestingly smooth orange color and that weird band across the middle. Anyone know what it might be? If anything interesting. I never see interesting rocks.

Edit, I know it was found in n cali but that’s the extent of my knowledge.

Looks like polished pyrite across the middle.

Where is the link? (Since you found in online).
