What does it say around the rim in the third item? What does the cavity of the bell portion look like?
Got and sizes on these things? How about some shots from different angles and of the other sides of these things.

Thanks, how old? Used for what?

Modern. I have one in my kitchen. Used for coating meat with a sauce while it's being cooked. The clip looking item reminds me of something like one for suspenders that uses a rivet shaped head on the end of the elastic. I don't remember seeing one that had it on both ends but who knows? The ones I remember were attached permanently on one end and clipped to the strap on the other. I'm certainly no expert on them however so some research is in order here.
