Couldn't print a label because 1 feedback guys address was invalid in paypal. He insisted it was good, Im sure it was but not to paypal. I called paypal and they said usps does not have that address. He wouldn't call paypal to fix it and kept telling me its good and hand write a label. I don't hand write labels to invalid addresses. Finally he gave up and asked for his money back and he got it very fast. Could it have been a glitch in paypal? Kinda bummed, it was an item that was relisted a few times.

I use google earth when I ship stuff via fedex to see if it is a business or residential. You could try it and see what is there.

As a policy I never change the address myself. If they can not do it that sends red flags to me. I send them a stock pm, which explains that I do this to protect the buyer and the seller from possible shenanigans. I get this request a lot during Holidays and breaks, when college kids are at a different address. I rarely have any issues after this PM. If I ever have any issues after this I always get eBay involved.

Cheers - Koffee
