Yea that does look like mine. I thought maybe a saddle stirup (spelling), for a pony size saddle but really not sure.

Hey! I found two of those last August...and when I posted them everyone said they MUST be from an old treasure chest that was left out in the woods!

holy cow, and to think maybe only a couple hundred peeps have looked at this, and wow, i never though maybe a treasure chest. the could have broken off since the gold and silver bullion weighs soo much
well, ill settle that mine came off a spanish chest full of treasure

because they have burried the chest and i have yet to find time to do some good searching . i usually only get nights off and i cant imagine me walking around these desert mountains at night, there are all sorts of creaturs, my fear is bigfoot......
seriously the weight of the chest caused the plate that holds the handle to be ripped off the chest, and not having tools could not properly mount the handles back on
