Howdy all, I found this in a ghost town near Buena Vista Colo that the railroad ran through, old wagon part ?? some kind of railroad relic ?? Thanks for any help

Wow, the way some of you folks on the forums can research and id the most obscure things leaves me slack jawed and knocks my socks off at times!
