im getting ready to drive up to where the pictures are on the bear river california up by coloma . i was wondering if i could get some help on whats look like from the pictures where would be some good spot to look for some gold

Hi Robin,
Inside Bends is my guess, deposit areas,... look for that slowing of water, deposits dumped. Every river will be different, but where the water slows it drops.
