Hey all. I just found a website that lists a bunch of City owned houses and/or Lots. My Q is are these fair game for a hunt??

That depends entirely on the laws within that city.

At least around here, those homes are shelter homes, low income housing, special needs housing. They are someone's home, and should be respected as such. IMHO.

There are parts of most cities to be avoided .

Is something legal or illegal is generally clear cut. Unless you're rich. Then you can afford a bunch of lawyers to dispute the law in your favor. I always believed that was one of the biggest benefits to being rich.
