It appears to be a replica of an ancient Sicilian coin. I say that only because I believe the coin should be in silver and this one appears not to be. If real, the denomination would be determined by the coin's diameter in mm. The mint location would be shown in the exergue (below the line below the chariot).

Agree. Looks to be a replica of a Syracuse (Sicily) tetradrachm or decadrachm, for which the originals would have been in silver and around 25mm or 35mm respectively. Similar to this:
