Is it sterling silver

I stopped at Goodwill and found this yesterday. It tested as silver but just want to see if it is actually sterling silver. If so nice fine at 14.6 ounces for four dollars.

Heck Yeah! ... Ninety two and a half percent pure silver alloy. That's the kind of stuff when I find on a shelf for four bucks and turn it over and see a mark like that and say "Thank you God" Good score!
