I would look at the exposed bedrock and look for signs of rocks being pushed across and leaving grooves in the bedrock if you find that I would think glacial till also dredges brought up cobble that has been rolling around in a river so there should be a lot of round stones I would think that stone looks a little rough to me. Just my opinion.
