I found a brown clorox bottle with some damage. The mouth of the bottle is only half there. It's 10 in tall and 3 in in diameter. It has CLOROX around the top part of the bottle twice. On the bottom it has CLOROX in a diamond. The left top of the diamond has a 1 or an I in a circle. Right top has 11. Bottom left has a 10. Bottom right has an 8 or a B. Is it worth keeping since it is damaged? It's funny, Sunday night, my wife and I saw a commercial for CLOROX where they showed a bottle similar to the one I found. I told my wife I wanted to find a bottle like that and what do I find the very next day? What are the chances?

those bottles are EXTREMELY common around here. I have heard other people say they are rare. but not worth keeping especially with the damage.

Of course, if we keep recycling them, in 20 years they'll be rare, lol!

They are one of the most common old bottles you can find in the NW, too. Still, if the top weren't broken I would have kept it--but not with damage.

That is quite cool that you said you wanted to find one, and then did! You forgot to say "I want to find a WHOLE one of those" ::) :-\ :D
