I found this “coin” about 40 feet from an old stone cellar hole. It is about the size of a quarter, is holed, and appears to be copper. I have found late 1700s to early 1800s buttons at this site, as well as shoe buckles. Any ideas on what this is and how old? Any insights would be much appreciated.
