I can tell you, with 100% certainty, that it is a US dime.
 

I realized after posting that the pic is tiny and hard to view, going to try and scan it tomorrow and resubmit my question

How is that? Yes, it looks like the last digit in the Date was Struck Thru Grease clogging the Die.

Yeah id say that is more accurate, in the pic the last digit looks like it is almost there, in real life there is nothing in that spot,

Sorry but while collectible to some, these kinds of errors have very little in the way of monetary value above face! To reach most of those that are interested in these errors and collect them, you would probably have to list it on eBay. However, on eBay the fees alone would eat up any profit and you might end up in the hole.
