Is this a Indian bear claw or Tiger claw or whats it ? weird find

Not sure what this is but because I got the Camera going to post pictures people wanted to other threads. I thought I would show this find and ask. Is this a Indian Tiger or Bear claw ? I a m guessing silver and that blue stone is not like the other Turqose that I have in rings and things. It is a stone that looks turquose with black in it and its nice looking and stands out a bit better. Maybe just a better quality or because its older . The necklace was a rope that crumbled to dust and this was in a rag that crumbled to dust. Any ideas what it is and I used my zippo for standard size .Sorry I am not great at sizing pictures correctly but i do what i can Thanks for any help

Based on the turquoise I'm going to say probably not tiger. Pretty shiny for a bear claw but it could have been polished. I am going to go with mountain lion claw as my final answer

Your probibly right dave I was a bit tierd when posted. Yes its a bearclaw or Lions claw or something like that. I am hoping the raptor claw but you never know. thanks for the common sense adjustment I needed.
